While visiting Gunsan we would definitely advice trying out the delicious jjamppong (짬뽕)- Spicy Seafood Noodle Soup. Since Gunsan is a port city, there is no better dish than the one made from the fresh sea food caught on the shores of Gusan itself. If you love to add some more spices to your life, ask for gochu jjamppong which will surely make you grab that glass of water! Some of the seafood’s include: cockles, mussels and squid. If you don’t want to challenge yourself with the spices, opt for a regular jjamppong which will be nonetheless delicious!
