South Korea is rapidly becoming well known internationally for it’s music (K-pop) and movies (K-drama). Although Hallyu Wave started in the 90s, probably not even Korea itself could foresee such a success with the international names such as BTS and Blackpink being extremely popular. Thus, we used the article to explore what made Korean dramas and Korean music so popular, and how does it all link to Hallyu Wave.
